Lamborghini introduced the Lanzador concept car, which will be the company’s first electric vehicle. The production version of the model will go on sale in 2028, announced Press service of the Italian manufacturer.
The crossover will receive a four-seater saloon, an all-wheel drive system with redistributed traction between the wheels, and a powerhouse with two electric motors, whose peak output will be more than one megawatt (1340 hp translation). Energy will be supplied from a high performance battery whose capacity is not specified.
Lamborghini Lanzador is equipped with movable body parts, adaptive air suspension and rear-wheel steering to increase aerodynamic efficiency. In the crossover cabin there is no central display of the infotainment system, instead individual screens are installed for each passenger. Environmentally friendly materials such as upholstery made of merino sheep wool are used in the decoration.
