The incident occurred in Texas in 2022. A passerby pointed out a police car parked in the cafe. The man told investigators that he “heard moans near the area where the patrol car was parked, similar to the sounds of sexual satisfaction.” It was later revealed that Sergeant Kelly Metz and her subordinate Patrick Byrne were in the cabin.
During questioning, Metz categorically denied allegations of sexual intercourse with a subordinate, but later admitted that there was a connection between them.
The employee was fired for violating professional rules and his subordinate was transferred to another police station.
