The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs approved the procedure for restricting the right to drive for fugitives. It has been reported TASS.
It is stated that the restriction of the right to use a vehicle will be valid for persons from the unified military registry who do not appear in the military registration office on the agenda.
According to the innovations, an entry about the fugitive will be entered into the federal information system of the State Traffic Inspectorate within 24 hours. As soon as a citizen is removed from the “black list”, the entry will be deleted.
“After a decision in the military register to revoke provisional measures to ensure that it is placed on the agenda of the military commissariat, in the form of a restriction on the exercise of a citizen’s right to drive, such restrictions cease to exist in a person’s right,” he says.
