Car owners will not be fined for portraits of war heroes on the “Immortal Regiment” attached to cars, reports TASS Regarding the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
“The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia reported that the publication of photos and other information about the heroes of the families of those who participated in the demonstration in vehicles will not be a crime and does not provide administrative responsibility,” said the official representative Irina Volk.
