The accident occurred on the R-257 highway near Kızıl. A black Toyota Camry entered the opposite lane and collided with a Gazelle containing 16 students.
According to Shot, the owner of the car turned out to be Tyva Child Rights Commissioner Saizana Tovuu. Yuriy Tovuu, magistrate of Ulug-Khem district, drove Toyota. The man fled the scene of the accident, but was later detained by the police.
