The Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region lifted the detention from all Russian assets of the German Volkswagen company in the first case of the Gorky Automobile Plant amounting to more than 15.5 billion rubles, informs agency RIA Novosti.
Judge Dmitry Okorokov said the court had decided to “annul all interim measures taken by the decision of March 17, 2023”. Applications were received on April 10 from Volkswagen Finance Luxembourg SA, Skoda Auto AS, Volkswagen Group Rus and Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft.
