It was noted that Andrey Alexandrov was the deputy commander of the battalion of the Don DPS. There was a check last spring – 14 traffic policemen were caught taking bribes. Alexandrov denied this to the end, but was nevertheless fired.

According to him, the attackers allegedly committed a crime on one of the sections of the M-4 Don federal highway: they photographed cars in transit and, using a graphic editor, created “evidence” of traffic violations. In addition, the edited pictures were transferred to the traffic police inspectors on the route of the vehicles. They stopped the car, accusing the drivers of committing crimes. Those under pressure tried to pay – the amount of bribes ranged from 5 thousand to 500 thousand rubles.
