Top managers of the automaker Sollers bought 77.6% of the company’s shares from the former main owner Vadim Shvetsov for 4 billion rubles, informs “Interfax” with reference to the reporting of “Alter Invest”, the controlling shareholder of “Sollers”.

The purchase and sale agreement of the company’s shares was made on 20 June 2022. The deal gives the former owner an option to repurchase up to 50% of Sollers’ shares after one year. Alter Invest’s shareholders are top executives of automaker Sollers Adil Shirinov, Nikolai Sobolev, Zoya Kaika and Viktor Khvesenya.
