“With ATC, we already solved the problem, including connecting the neural network used by the Traffic Management Center to determine these facts,” Bykov said.

The head of the Moscow traffic police department said that the system was tested on the main streets, where the speed limit was increased. To verify violations of traffic rules, traffic inspectors use a video surveillance system.
