Recently, two truck drivers turned to the police – one from the Tomsk region, the second from the Vladimir region. They told the same thing: when they woke up after spending the night, they found that the trailers had been opened and part of the cargo had been stolen.
The police gave chase and arrested four suspects in a GAZelle and a Volkswagen Polo passenger car. When they found stolen shoes and children’s toys in the amount of about 500 thousand rubles.

During the investigation, the police determined that the same men were involved in ten similar robberies in Vargashinsky, Dalmatovsky, Lebyazhevsky and Makushinsky districts of the Kurgan region. There were also shelters where they kept the stolen goods – microwave ovens and other goods.
All four turned out to be foreigners and three were in violation of the established length of stay in the Russian Federation. A criminal case has been initiated on the basis of part 2 of art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Theft”).
