“A 53-year-old local resident was found to be unsure of the safety of traffic while overtaking a passing vehicle while driving a personal Mitsubishi L200 car and collided head-on with a moving Suzuki Grand Vitara in the opposite direction driven by a 52-year-old driver,” the message reads.
Four people were reported injured in the accident. Three were sent to hospital with wounds of varying severity.
