Remember that Jetta is a collaboration between the Chinese FAW and Volkswagen. Cars are supplied from the Middle Kingdom under the “parallel import” scheme. Now we are talking mainly about three models – Jetta VA3 – an analogue of the Volkswagen Polo Sedan; Jetta VS5 – an analogue of the Volkswagen Taos; Jetta VS7 is an analogue of the Volkswagen Tiguan. The range of branded cars was previously announced in Avilon, there are cars from private sellers on marketplaces, and so Mejor not only names prices, but also reinforces each model with a video review. That is, at the same time, the retailer develops marketing support and promotion of cars.

Expert opinion
Maxim Kadakov, editor-in-chief of the magazine “Behind the wheel”:
– If we throw out all the nuances, this is what we need now. Because the Jetta is the same Skoda/Volkswagen, but in a slightly simplified form – in terms of functionality, equipment options, in some places in terms of materials. But because of this, such cars are sold in China slightly cheaper than Skodas and Volkswagens. There was an idea that they would fall into the price niche between the local Chinese brands Chery, Geely, etc. and VW. And if the dealer also resists the indicated prices, it will be completely awesome.
What can stop people. Firstly, the warranty and secondly, the availability of spare parts. I think there will be no problems with consumables and parts. But if you “overtook” someone and damaged the bumper, headlights, radiator grille – that’s another story. But if the dealer also ensures that these spare parts are in stock, I can only see positive things in this whole story. These machines are made of high quality, in a joint venture and under the control of a German concern. This is good, and it was obvious that sooner or later the Jetta would come to us, at least this way.
