“Unfortunately, there was no opportunity in the budget this year – more than 5 billion rubles were allocated for these purposes. And these funds have already been spent since the beginning of February. True, 1.5 billion of those 5 billion are there – blocked under the electric car program. Still, if I remember correctly, less than 20 electric vehicles were sold in the whole of Russia in January,” he said.
