The Moscow car plant “Moskvich” is completing the first stage of the formation of its own dealer network.
Currently, there is an active stage of training of car dealership staff, technical experts and electricians, which, in particular, acquaints them with the features of the device of new models and explains how to work with it.
We focus on professionally training specialists in customer communication in order to provide a high level of service. Particular attention is also being paid to electric vehicles, as this is a new experience for many employees of the dealer network,” the company said in a statement.
