This is probably very well understood in the United States, although there is a wider variety of motorsports than anywhere else. Traditional disciplines, however, go perfectly with events that are mainly aimed at entertaining the public, and not at sports results.
Some of them, by the way, logically later grow into quite serious competitions – it is enough to remember drag racing or monster truck battles …
However, there are those who do not seem to aspire to serious motorsports at all, although these disciplines require remarkable skills! For example, extremely spectacular mass races on the roller coaster or survival races among campers…
And here’s another contest: it’s important to roll over as effectively as possible. All you need is a small, relatively safe springboard and a car on which it is not a pity to “make ears” several times. Funny!
