The deputies also offer to provide free driving lessons to relatives of military personnel killed in a special military operation.
The letter says that the State Duma is receiving requests from the spouses of the mobilized to help prepare their relatives to pass exams for the right to drive vehicles and teach them how to drive.
For example, the head of the family was mobilized, the car remained in the family, and the husband cannot use it, since she has no rights.
It is proposed that the costs for the implementation of this proposal be paid from the budget allocated by DOSAAF of Russia.
