Experienced car owners know perfectly well that in case of agreement with the alleged violation, the protocol is considered “automatically” on the spot.
When the driver “disagrees”, it means that he intends to appeal against the actions of the traffic police officer. In this case, the inspector will have to collect the evidence more carefully, so that the administrative case does not ‘fall apart’ during the assessment process.
At the same time, experienced drivers tell young drivers that in case of disagreement with the protocol, inspectors, out of harm’s way, can try to create unnecessary trouble for motorists.

– In fact, the inspector does not care what the driver writes. Agree or not, it doesn’t matter. In any case, the inspector states his point of view in the protocol.
There are also no mechanisms to punish the driver for stubbornness from damage. The inspector doesn’t need it. The case is heard in the administrative practice group, if it is the traffic police, or in court, if the offense provides for deprivation of the right to drive.
Moreover, writing, whether you agree or not, makes no sense at all. Of course, if the driver has arguments or evidence that would help him protect his rights, he should write everything in the protocol. Witness statements, video evidence from the clerk or similar, all of this should be carefully recorded. Agree/disagree doesn’t matter.
