In 2023, new signs will appear on Russian roads. They will regulate the movement of certain vehicles as well as parking.
According to Egor Redin, managing partner of the law firm Pozitsia Prava, signs will appear prohibiting the passage of buses (except school and route buses), electric scooters and other means of individual mobility.
There will be a sign with “Paid services” in parking lots, as well as a picture of a stroller in places intended for parking of disabled people.
Another innovation concerns parking on even and odd numbers. In particular, it will be possible to leave cars on both sides of the road from 9 p.m. to midnight without fear of a fine.
There will be special signs for tourist spots and places where you can charge electric vehicles.
