At around 10:30 PM on January 8, police received a message that a Volvo heavy truck was stranded in the Krutinsky district, near the villages of Zimino and Gulyai Pole. The truck driver could not continue on his way by stopping because of the frozen fuel line in the cold. A 56-year-old resident of the Tula region was driving a heavy truck.

“Until 5:00 in the morning, the traffic cops were with the driver, warming him in the patrol car. Later, the vehicle was delivered to the service with a tow truck.

Traffic police warned drivers that on January 9 and in the coming days there will be a significant drop in air temperature in the Omsk region.
