FSUE NAMI, subordinate of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, transfers the Russian assets of the Nissan automobile concern to AvtoVAZ. This was expressed by the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Denis Manturov, in an interview with the RBC TV channel.

“Nissan recently decided to transfer the shares to NAMI, but in turn, NAMI transfers these shares to AvtoVAZ for the subsequent launch of the production of Lada cars in cooperation with foreign manufacturers at the plant in St. Petersburg,” he said. Interview with RBC TV channel.
