The signing of contracts on termination of the employment contract will begin on January 16 and will last until February 3. The dismissal of employees will occur from January 23 to February 17. If by this time it is not possible to reduce the number of staff to the level set by the company, the company will begin reductions in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from February 20.
