F-design, a tuning studio based in Tolyatti, has published renderings of the original car. This company has been trying to release something similar for several years, but then the developments were shelved. Perhaps the dust will be wiped off them now. The company reports that the new development is a buggy jointly created by Togliatti State University. The name appears in the images: Kortrans Project.
The appearance of the car has already been patented, but many parameters are kept secret for obvious reasons. However, it is known that the dimensions of the machine will be 4100 x 1980 x 1730 mm. Wheelbase – 2900 mm, ground clearance – 330 mm.
In the basic version, the car is planned to be equipped with a 2.7-liter engine with a capacity of 150-180 horsepower, and in the top version there will be a 4.4-liter V8 with a yield of 598 horsepower. Transmission: 5-speed manual or automatic, down row, interaxle and two interwheel locks.
The authors of the project argue that these are just some versions of the car. The actual modular platform is made for the whole family, the nodes and assemblies may differ.
The machine can be used for expeditions, hikes, military tasks and in agriculture. Now the developer is looking for investors and partners.
