Priority areas are: the development of our own internal combustion engines and automatic transmissions, as well as ABS and ESP systems, airbags and seat belts. The aim is to locate car bodies, key suspension elements, fuel equipment, electric motors and their electronics, microchips.
According to the strategy, Russia’s competitiveness in the global automotive industry will be ensured, including through the establishment of innovative transportation manufacturing facilities. Namely electric and hybrid vehicles, including fuel cell vehicles, as well as autonomous vehicles.
