Russian programmers sought the cause of problems in their careers

One in five programmers in Russia described the pandemic as the cause of problems in their careers. Such data is given in: questionnaireIt is executed by the SuperJob service.

The negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic was noted by 20% of programmers surveyed. However, the same percentage of IT workers interviewed spoke about the positive impact. 56% of the experts did not notice any change.

Among system administrators, 26% of respondents noted a negative impact of the pandemic on their careers, and only 6% reported a positive impact. There was no change in this profession in 62% of the respondents.

Former Russian companies perceived A sharp increase in the number of unemployed workers with experience in foreign IT companies such as Microsoft, SAP, HP, IBM and Siemens. According to some experts, these are thousands of unemployed IT professionals.
