The fault affects all types of applications, including the inability to update Microsoft Teams and other company programs due to the WinAppSDK error. According to the company, the issues only apply to Windows 10 version 22H2, so users of newer versions of Windows should not encounter this error.
Microsoft soon updated the Windows Health Dashboard website with new details about the issue. The company states that you need to install the latest update KB5046714 for Windows 10 version 22H2 to resolve the error.
