Brazilian YouTuber Tag offered an exclusive look at the interior of the PlayStation 5 Pro (PS5 Pro) ahead of the console’s official release. He explains the details in his video described Key features of the Sony console, including simplified access to CMOS battery and official technical data.

PS5 Pro is equipped with 8 Zen 5 cores and RDNA architecture-based GPU with 16.7 teraflops of performance. Additionally, the console includes 30 workgroup processors and 60 RDNA 3-based computing units.

The video also shows that the new console has easier access to the CMOS battery, making it easier to reboot the system in case of serious problems.

The GPU clock speed inside the PS5 Pro is 2.17GHz. Additionally, the 16GB GDDR6 RAM is joined by a new system-specific 2GB DDR5 RAM.

PlayStation 5 Pro was officially announced by Sony on September 10, 2024, after rumors in the industry since March 2024. The console will go on sale on November 7, 2024.
