Nokia smartphones are leaving the European market 20:33

Smartphones under the Nokia brand disappeared from the European market. Thematic blog reports this Nokiamob.

The publication notes that the current owner of the brand, the Chinese company HMD Global, has begun active rebranding and has removed all Nokia smartphones from the websites of several key markets, including Europe.

However, Nokia phones are still available on the website at regional HMD stores including Asia, Africa and the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and Latin America.

HMD has been using the Nokia brand on its phones since 2016, and the contract expires in 2025. Probably from now on, the production of mobile devices under the Nokia brand will be stopped, but there is no official information about this.
