The Moscow Tagansky Court fined Google 3.5 million rubles for refusing to remove content banned in the Russian Federation. about this TASS reported the court’s press service.
It was noted that the company was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure of the site owner to delete information if the obligation to delete such information is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation).
