The Russian Ministry of Finance has proposed a complete ban on purchasing foreign software and microcircuits by state institutions and companies. The draft decision of the ministry on the procedure for public procurement of certain classes of goods was published on the portal on August 26 arrangement.

It was proposed to ban the purchase of foreign integrated circuits, software, smart cards and other classes of goods not related to IT through tender platforms within the framework of the procedure (44-FZ and 223-FZ).
