Apple is experiencing a shortage of FineWoven accessories on its global online store. Portal reports 9 to 5Mac.
As a result, some FineWoven iPhone cases and Apple Watch bands are no longer available for order. Given the negative reviews about the durability of these accessories, it is speculated that Apple may abandon its FineWoven line in favor of entirely new materials. The company may now be selling off its remaining stock.
It is possible that the company will not give up on FineWoven and will restock it later, perhaps introducing new accessories made from this material with the launch of the iPhone 16.
Apple’s annual presentation is said to take place on September 10. The company is expected to present four iPhone 16 smartphones, an Apple Watch 10, and two basic AirPods models, one of which will support noise reduction mode. The new iPhone 16 features an updated camera unit design where the modules will be placed vertically. The Pro versions will retain the usual design but will receive an ultra-wide-angle module with a resolution of 48 megapixels.
