A user of the social network X (formerly Twitter) under the nickname Lorevfx admitted that he created a fake postcard indicating the date of the Apple presentation scheduled for September 10. The portal reports that iXBT.
“Fun fact: I created a leaked invite to an Apple event in under 10 minutes using Figma and an AI-generated texture, and sent it to the leaker because I was bored,” Lorevfx admitted.
Lorevfx also released correspondence showing Majin Bu giving fake information about the event and then talking about the upcoming presentation. Majin Bu had a good reputation before.
Lorevfx admitted that he did not expect the news to be covered by major media outlets. Apple has not yet made an official comment on the date of the fall presentation. This information is expected to be announced by the end of August.
At the September presentation, Apple will introduce the iPhone 16 series and other new products.
