The upcoming hybrid console Nintendo Switch 2 will feature an improved cooling system with an additional fan and a more powerful charger. Portal reports WCCFTech.
According to the source, Nintendo will equip the Switch 2 with a powerful cooling system consisting of two coolers. In this case, the second fan will be activated only in stationary mode when connected to the docking station. This will have a positive effect on the performance of the device when connected to a TV.
It is also reported that the console will include a 60W fast wired charging charger.
The new product will be equipped with an Nvidia Tegra 239 chip with Ampere graphics featuring 1280 CUDA cores and 12GB of RAM. The new hardware will allow the console to support DLSS Super Resolution and Ray Reconstruction upscaling technology. However, the Switch 2 will not support DLSS 3 frame rendering. This will allow the device to match the performance of the Xbox Series S console.
The launch date for the Nintendo Switch 2 has not yet been announced. Rumors suggest that this will happen at the end of 2024 or early next year.
Previously on Steam output Russian shooter VLADiK Brutal is in the spirit of Half-Life and Doom.
