Unihertz, known for its miniature smartphones, announced Jelly Max, a new gadget in its Jelly series. The new product will be the world’s smallest 5G supported smartphone. In this respect reports Published by GizmoChina.

Although official details are kept under wraps for now, Unihertz has released teasers that give a glimpse of what’s in store for future Jelly Max users. Apparently, the new product will be equipped with a modern screen with a hole for the front camera. It is also expected to have an under-screen fingerprint scanner, which shows the OLED structure of the matrix.

The screen diagonal remains a secret, but judging by the teaser images it will range from 4 to 5 inches. For comparison, Unihertz’s previous smartphone, the Jelly Star, used a 3-inch panel.

At the time the news was published, Jelly Max had not received the 3C certifications or approval required for the legal sale of a smartphone in China from the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (CMIIT). This lack of documentation indicates that Jelly Max is likely in the early stages of development.

Previously Samsung stopped Support for popular smartphone models.
