Safer Internet League president Ekaterina Mizulina attributes the decline in the volume of content containing child pornography to distributors “getting smarter.” According to him, such content has become more common in closed chats and forums on the darknet.
“Legal platforms have also become more active in banning posts containing child pornography; they too fear complaints and bans from major app stores,” Mizulina added.
