The Chinese company Ayaneo presented its first minicomputers AM01 and AM02, made with a retro design in the style of the legendary Apple Macintosh computer and NES game console. This was stated in a press release received by socialbites.ca.
The miniature Ayaneo AM01 computer follows the design of the Apple Macintosh computer, which has been available since the late 1970s. Moreover, the device is many times smaller than the original.
“The first product in this series, the AM01 retro mini PC, pays homage to the revolutionary Macintosh, a product that truly changed the computer industry,” the document states.
The AM02 mini PC, on the other hand, is made in the style of the Nintendo Entertainment System console, which was released in Japan under the name Famicom in 1983. Ayaneo’s designers retained the distinctive feature of the original console in the form of the cassette slot, in which the USB ports and 3.5 mm audio output are hidden. There is also a small screen on the body of this model that can display the time and other information.
Both computers come with Windows 11 Home pre-installed. The features and cost of the new products were not disclosed. It is known that Ayaneo AM01 will go on sale before the end of November, but the release date of the second version has not been announced yet.
Previously on new Apple computers discovered strange feature.
