Gamers got a cool take from Japanese company Capcom, an online shooter game about fighting the dinosaur Exoprimal, which was released on July 14, 2023. In this respect informs GameMAG post referring to user reviews for the game on Steam and project indicators in the SteamDB analytics service.
According to GameMAG, the game received less than 500 reviews on Steam a day after its release, with only 69% of them positive. At the time the news was published, the number of comments increased to 832 and the share of positive comments was 74%.
On SteamDB, the new Exoprimal on July 15 showed 4112 people peaking online. At the time of writing the news, the best indicator was 4522 people. It was recorded on July 16 between 14:00 and 15:00 Moscow time.
GameMAG described the debut of Exoprimal as “very weak”.
Exoprimal is an online shooter set in the year 2040. On Earth, interdimensional portals called “hurricanes” appear, from which hordes of “neosaurs”, genetically modified dinosaurs, begin to enter the planet. Against them, humanity puts detachments of elite soldiers who control powerful exoskeletons with various abilities.
Exoprimal has been released not only on PC, but also on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and S consoles.
