In the Yandex Lavka service, it was possible to manually set recommendations for any product without an advertising sign. It has been determined that Yandex Food and Yandex Taxi services have priority support for “specific user groups”.
“We are now very embarrassed and apologize to our users and partners,” the company said.
Yandex believes that most detected issues are related to attempts to manually improve or fix a bug in a particular service.
