NVIDIA will close its representative office in Russia until the end of October due to “the inability to ensure its efficient operation”. Thus, the company stops the activity of the development center, which involved about 240 people.
The leadership of the “Greens” clarified that those who wish will be given a move to other countries and the opportunity to work in international offices. With those who do not want to move, the contract is terminated with the agreement of the parties and with payment of a severance payment.
In March, NVIDIA stopped supplying Russia with its products, which were produced under its brand. Among them are Founders Edition graphics cards, NVIDIA Shield set-top boxes, and solutions for professionals.
