Discord support has arrived on Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One consoles, although there is no standalone app yet. Users will have to transfer voice chats and calls from the mobile application to the console every time.

First you need to link your Microsoft and Discord accounts in the settings – this is a one time thing. After that, you can receive or make calls on your smartphone and then transfer them to the console. On the Xbox itself, you can only disconnect from a call or adjust settings.
It was previously reported that an insider has mentioned the exact release date for Discord on PlayStation 5. The application will not be released on the Sony console until March 2023. It is currently being tested behind closed doors. The application should appear on consoles in firmware update number 7.00. “The first AAA-class mobile game for adults” has been released
