Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James this Wednesday, he agreed to a contract renewal of two years and $97.1 millionas reported by his manager Rich Paul to the ‘ESPN’ chain.
37-year-old James will at least stay with the Lakers until 2024 and includes the option to extend his contract until the 2024-2025 season.
His previous contract expired in 2023. and this season has guaranteed him a salary of 44.5 million dollars.
A four-time NBA champion, LeBron signed to the Lakers in 2018 and won the Orlando bubble championship in 2020.
He previously won the ring with the Miami Heat in 2012 and 2013 and with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016.
Last season hejoyful Lakers Despite LeBron’s outstanding performance, they did not qualify for the postseason.
His record as one of the best players ever includes two gold medals won at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.
