The undisputed world heavyweight champion, Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk, has revealed what his rematch with Anthony Joshua will mean for him on August 20 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Usyk said he sent some of the wages he received from the wars to Ukrainian families in need of food and other help through his charity foundation.
“There is a group of people who are working hard to find families in need. Maybe they need some kind of home to live in, some food to support their family, maybe some money. They call these people, analyze what their needs are, and help meet their needs. That’s what they do every day and will do in the future, because that’s actually the mission of the foundation, the boxer said, which is exactly how the charity works.
This is important because we have to help people. If they need food, we provide them with food. If they need something else, we should help them. Because that’s what’s in our hearts and it’s our job to stay positive and keep other people positive.”
The first fight between Usyk and Joshua took place on September 25, 2021, and the Ukrainian boxer won unanimously after 12 rounds, taking the WBA Super, WBO, IBF and IBO championship belts.
British boxer Tyson Fury, who was previously nominated to fight Usyk, announced about the end of a career.
