Former Russian national team player Alexander Kerzhakov said that he spends much less than 300 thousand rubles a month “Championship”.
“I live according to my pocket. Living within your means is a completely normal story. Now I understand how mediocrely I managed my money when I had a lot of money,” Kerzhakov said.
Kerzhakov is the Russian team’s top scorer along with Artem Dzyuba. Each of them scored 30 goals.
Kerzhakov became the coach of Serbian Spartak in June 2023. Under his leadership, the team achieved five wins in 14 matches in Serbia’s top league. He was fired from Spartak on 13 November 2023 – at the time the club was 11th in the standings and had won just one win in its last seven matches.
Kerzhakov was the coach of Cypriot Karmiotissa from the beginning of February 2023 before taking over the Serbian club. Under his leadership, the team played seven matches, two of which ended in victory, four defeats and one draw, after which the specialist resigned as head coach at his own request. Kerzhakov played for Kazakh Kairat in 2024.
