Former head coach of the Russian national team Boris Ignatiev said in an interview with socialbites.ca that the management of Dynamo Moscow should find out the reasons for Brazilian midfielder Bitello not flying to the team’s training camp in the UAE.
According to him, the issue of selling the player may come to the agenda under certain conditions.
“It all depends on what prompted Bitello to make such a decision. If he is not satisfied with the living conditions or relations in the club, then of course it is better to give him the opportunity to leave by selling. In this case it is of no use and I see no reason to spend money on its maintenance. There is no irreplaceable player; another player takes his place. But the club needs to understand why this happened,” Ignatiev said.
On January 13, Globo reported that Bitello had not returned from vacation for a medical examination and was continuing negotiations with Brazil’s Botafogo.
On December 7, it was reported that Bitello wanted to leave Russia due to the Northern Military District. In this season of the Russian championship, Bitello made 15 appearances, scored one goal and made nine assists.
In the Russian Premier League (RPL) before the winter break, “Dynamo” was in the fourth place in the rankings, while Marcel Lička’s team was in the fourth place with 35 points.
Previously Boris Ignatiev statedThat Bitello should be fined by Dinamo for negligence.
