“Emir left behind a wife and two children. The Russian Football Union offers its sincere condolences to the judge’s family and will provide financial support and assistance in organizing the funeral,” the RFU said in a statement.

Privalov also appeared as a reserve referee in several First League matches. He also served as a reserve referee in the friendly match between the Brunei national team and Krasnodar-2.
