The Nations League draw was held at the headquarters of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) in Nyon.
In the quarter-finals of the tournament, the Netherlands and Spain, Croatia and France, Denmark and Portugal, and Italy and Germany will face each other.
Ukraine and Belgium, Türkiye and Hungary, Austria and Serbia, as well as Greece and Scotland will take part in the play-off matches between groups A and B.
Teams from Kosovo and Iceland, Bulgaria and Ireland, Armenia and Georgia, as well as Slovakia and Slovenia will play in the play-offs between leagues B and C.
In the play-off matches between the C and D leagues, Gibraltar and Latvia, as well as the national teams of Malta and Luxembourg, will face each other.
The Nations League quarter-finals and play-offs will take place in March 2025. The semi-finals and final of the Nations League will take place in June 2025.
In the spring of 2022, the International Football Federation (FIFA) and UEFA decided to suspend the participation of the Russian national team, as well as all Russian clubs, in all competitions controlled by these organizations.
