ASUS has introduced a new SSD case – TUF Gaming A2, with high protection and fast data transfer. Equipped with a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2×2 interface, the enclosure supports speeds of up to 20 Gbps, allowing you to quickly transfer large files, including large game libraries.
The design focuses mainly on protecting the drive. The housing is made of aluminum with a rubber coating and meets IP68 and MIL-STD-810H standards, ensuring resistance to dust, water, shock and extreme temperatures.
In the TUF Gaming A2 you can place an M.2 SSD of size 2242, 2260 or 2280, with a capacity of up to 4 TB. For cooling there is a thermal cushion that prevents the drive from overheating and guarantees stable operation, even under high loads.
The case is compatible with Windows 11, macOS, mobile devices and gaming consoles including ROG Ally, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. The TUF Gaming A2 costs about $50 (about 5,000 rubles), which makes it an attractive solution for those who value security and performance in one device.
