On October 2, it was learned that Valieva’s objection to CAS’s disqualification decision was rejected. The skater must pay legal costs of 7 thousand Swiss francs. Valieva is also obliged to pay compensation of 8 thousand francs each to the International Skating Union (ISU) and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) as reimbursement of expenses.
