Today, October 29, the sixth round of the Russian Football Cup Road of Regions started. The first two participants of the main stage have been determined.
In one of the matches, Tyumen met with Perm Amkar. The match, which took place at the Geolog stadium, ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of the hosts. Forward Kirill Kosarev and midfielder Andrei Maryanov scored a goal each, and Amkar defender Andrei Pridyuk also put the ball into his own goal.
In another match, Baltika Kaliningrad hosted Ural Yekaterinburg. The match, held at the RosTech Arena stadium, ended with the guests’ score of 1:0. The only goal in this match was scored by Ural defender Mingiyan Beveev. He came onto the field in the 46th minute and scored the goal in the 48th minute.
Thus, Ural and Tyumen will take part in the next round of the Russian Cup, where the teams that finished third in the group stage will participate in the competition. Possible rivals at this stage could be Dynamo (Makhachkala), Tolyatti Akron, Krasnodar and Khimki near Moscow.
The remaining two pairs will play on October 30. The match between Yaroslavl “Shinnik” and “Chaika” from the village of Peschanokopskoye will start at 17:45 Moscow time, and the match between “Sochi” and Kostroma “Spartak” will start at 20:00 Moscow time.
