Russian model Louise Kremleva, who accused Milan football player Theo Hernandez of violence, may be sentenced to up to two years in prison for slander. This was reported by ABC.

The incident occurred in June 2017. According to Kremleva, Hernandez, who had previously pumped her with drugs, raped and beat her in the parking lot of a nightclub in Marbella. No drugs were found in the girl’s blood, but it was confirmed that she had sexual intercourse. The football player said that everything happened by mutual consent and the charges were dropped.

The Kremlin reportedly accused him of libel. Spanish authorities found sufficient evidence that the girl’s accusations against Theo were false – according to one version, the Kremlin’s aim was to attract media attention and possible financial gain.

In January 2020, the Marbella Court of Investigation issued a search warrant, made arrests and charges, after which the girl was taken into custody. He will go to trial more than four years later.

The hearing on the Kremlin case will be held on October 28.
