The first tests of gaming processors Ryzen 7 9800X3D and Ryzen 9 9950X3D have appeared, which promise to be noticeably faster than their predecessors. In tests, the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, which is expected to be available this month, showed excellent results. In one of the Cinebench R23 tests, it scored 2145 points in single-threaded mode and 23,315 points in multi-threaded mode. These figures are 20% and 28% higher than those of the previous model, indicating a strong increase in productivity.
Even more impressive is the Ryzen 9 9950X3D, which showed even better results: 2245 points in single-threaded mode and 42,375 points in multi-threaded mode. These results are 10% and 17% higher than those of its predecessor, confirming its status as a powerful gaming processor.
Designed specifically for gaming, the new processors deliver significant performance improvements while reducing power consumption compared to previous generations. This means players can enjoy a smoother gaming experience without having to worry about excessive heat and power consumption. While benchmark results from new processors are encouraging, it’s important to remember that they don’t always accurately reflect real-world performance improvements across all tasks.
It’s also worth noting that rumors about the Ryzen 9 9900X3D and 9950X3D expected in January suggest the possibility of increasing the cache to 128 MB 3D V-Cache. This makes the new products even more attractive to demanding users, although the information has not yet been officially confirmed.
